Maya stared at her laptop screen, frustrated with her latest marketing campaign proposal. Her boss had rejected it again, saying it didn't follow company guidelines strictly enough. "You need to do everything by the book this time," he had warned her during their morning meeting. Maya sighed deeply, knowing she would have to go back to the drawing board once more. This project was supposed to be a piece of cake when she first started it three weeks ago. Now it felt like climbing Mount Everest. Her colleague James knocked on her office door and entered with two cups of coffee. "Let me cut to the chase," he said, sitting down across from her desk. "I know this campaign has been giving you trouble, but you're one of the most creative people I know." Maya managed a weak smile, appreciating his support. James had been her friend through thick and thin since they both joined the company five years ago. "You just need to keep your chin up," he continued encouragingly. "Remember the Johnson account last year? Everyone thought it was impossible, but you pulled it off brilliantly." Maya felt her confidence slowly returning as she listened to his words. She opened a new document on her computer and began typing fresh ideas. Maybe this time she could find the perfect balance between creativity and company policy. With James's support and her renewed determination, she was ready to tackle the challenge once again.
